FLIPSIDE IS CURRENTLY UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANY ITEMS UNLESS THE WRONG ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED OR ITEM IS FAULTY (ZIPPER/BUTTONS DOES NOT WORK).
