Shipping:

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, you will be notified via email when the item has been shipped.

If there has been a mistake in your shipping address, drop us a email at contact@shop-theflipside.com within 24 hours of submitting your order with a screenshot of your order confirmation and we will help accommodate you as best as we can.

If your product gets sent back by the post office, we will alert you via email, and would require a re-payment for new shipping.

Once we receive payment we will ship your package.

Domestic Shipping:

Currently we offer Registered postage to avoid lost mail. Shipping takes 2-7 business days after shipping confirmation.

International Shipping:

Shipping takes up to 7-20 business days after shipping confirmation.

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, please be aware that these fees change per country and we have no way of estimating it as they are determined by your country. Some countries hold packages in customs unbeknownst to us. If such does occur, please contact your country’s customs/postal office. 

We will not be responsible for products post shipping confirmation. If products are lost in mail, please contact us at contact@shop-theflipside.com and we will do our best to replace the item, unless it is out of stock, this will be the only exception for a full refund on the products (Amount paid for shipping will not be included).

Returns:

We currently do not accept returns unless we made the mistake of shipping out the wrong items.

All items are final sale and we are currently not able to provide refunds.
